INGREDIENTS
1)soke 1/2 cup rice+1tbsp turdaal for 1 hour
2)salted gooseberries(gooseberries,previously put in salt water) 5 nd chop
3)dry red chillies 7-8(or to ur taste)
4)heeng powder 1/2 tsp
5)grated coconut 1 tbsp
6)tamarind little
7)salt to taste
METHOD
grind coaresly ingredients from 2-7 ,to this add ingredient 1 nd grind again to a coarse paste(fine rava consistency)
prepare dosa from this paste frying on both sides...
