MASALA DOSA

INGREDIENTS (for dosa)
1)1 cup rice
2)1 handful of tur daal
3)1 handful of udid daal
4)pinch methi seeds
METHOD
soak 1-4 for 2 hrs together...nd grind to a paste(not too nice)....add salt...next day.... prepare dosas using ghee to roast dosa...
INGREDIENTS (for bhaji)
1)boiled,skinned,cubed potatoes-4
2)onions(cut lengthwise)-4
3)1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4)1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5)1 chopped green chillies
6)coriander leaves
7)2 tsp oil,1/2 tsp udida daal,1/2 tsp mustard seeds for seasoning
8)1/2 tsp chilli powder nd salt to taste...
METHOD
heat oil in a kadai..add udida daal nd mustard seeds...when it splutters add ginger garlic paste nd green chilly..toss for a while...add chilli powder nd toss for a while...now add onion little salt toss nd sprinkle little water...nd cook till onion gets trasparent with lid covered on a low flame....add potatoes,turmeric powder nd coriander leaves salt to taste....mix well...off the flame...
FOR CHUTNEY
grind grated coconut,green chilly,salt to a paste without adding much water....
